Automation

The large number of projects that are handled and the wide range of different test and diagnostics procedures, require good tracking and tracing systems. Also the test results and various images have to be linked to the specific projects. Since 2000 MASER Engineering has developed a project management system that keeps track of all project related data. The core is a database with a powerful data extraction engine. All project results are available through a web based user interface. Our customers can receive their own secure web access account, to monitor in real time their project status and use a sophisticated download engine for images and other project data. This so called CMIDS system has proven to be a powerful tool in our customer interaction.
